Wer dachte, dass sich die Situation um das <a href=\"http:\/\/tablethype.de\/category\/windows-8\/\">Windows<\/a>-Tablet mittlerweile aber beruhigt hat und das Redmonder Unternehmen seine Kunden und K\u00e4ufer jetzt &#8222;pflegen&#8220; m\u00f6chte, der t\u00e4uscht sich.<\/p>\n<p>Dem Surface-Besitzer Ted Shorter ist vor einigen Tagen der Kickstand seines Tablets gebrochen. F\u00fcr all diejenigen, die sich unter diesem Begriff jetzt \u00fcberhaupt nichts vorstellen k\u00f6nnen, das ist der St\u00e4nder auf der R\u00fcckseite des Ger\u00e4ts. Alles halb so schlimm, der Kickstand ist zum guten Gl\u00fcck wartungsfreundlich mit zwei leicht erreichbaren Torx Schrauben befestigt, ein Austausch w\u00e4re in wenigen Minuten erledigt.<\/p>\n<p>Kurzerhand fragte Ted Shorter deshalb beim Microsoft-Support nach einem Ersatzteil f\u00fcr den Surface-St\u00e4nder. Jordana S, laut Forenprofil ein Mitglied des Surface Support Teams, meldete sich kurz darauf bei ihm und verk\u00fcndete, dass er sich wohl ein neues Surface kaufen m\u00fcsse.<\/p>\n<p>Vor wenigen Tagen <a href=\"http:\/\/tablethype.de\/reparatur-des-microsoft-surface-rt-kostet-303-euro\/\" target=\"_blank\">berichteten wir davon<\/a>, dass Microsoft defekte Surface f\u00fcr 300 Euro komplett ersetzt bzw. austauscht. Wenn der CPU oder beispielsweise das Display defekt ist, finden wir das auch v\u00f6llig okay.
