Die Aktualisierung erm\u00f6glicht unter anderem die Nutzung von Now on Tap und bringt auch eine neue UI f\u00fcr die Kamera-App mit. Des Weiteren lassen sich die Zugriffsrechte von Apps nun in den Einstellungen beschr\u00e4nken und die Akkulaufzeit soll verbessert werden.\u00a0Zu guter Letzt\u00a0k\u00f6nnen die Besitzer des Tablets ab sofort den per microSD-Karte hinzugef\u00fcgten Speicher dank Adoptable Storage wie den internen verwenden und somit beispielsweise Spiele darauf installieren.<\/p>\n<h2>Backup der microSD-Karte wird empfohlen<\/h2>\n<p>Da Android bei der Einrichtung als &#8222;Internal Storage&#8220;\u00a0den gesamten Inhalt von der microSD-Karte l\u00f6scht, empfiehlt Nvidia, vor dem Update ein Backup der Daten anzufertigen. Konfiguriert man die Karte als &#8222;Portable Storage&#8220;, sollten zwar theoretisch die Daten erhalten bleiben, mit einem Update befindet man sich\u00a0aber auf jeden Fall auf der sicheren Seite.<\/p>\n<p>Das Update 4.0, welches die Android-Version\u00a0des Nvidia Shield Tablet auf 6.0 Marshmallow anhebt, ist ab sofort OTA verf\u00fcgbar.
