Seit einigen Wochen ist iOS<\/a> 9 nun auf dem Markt und es gab auch schon die Ank\u00fcndigung eines Jailbreaks, welcher aber zum damaligen Zeitpunkt nicht ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde. Dies \u00e4ndert sich nun dank dem Pangu Team.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es war ein innerliches Halleluja, als ich erfuhr, dass der Pangu Jailbreak<\/a> f\u00fcr iOS 9 endlich ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde. Denn bekanntlich l\u00e4uft mein iPad<\/a> immer noch auf iOS 8.4, da eben jeder Jailbreak bisher fehlte.<\/p>\n

Nun hei\u00dft es aber auch f\u00fcr mich endlich updaten und aus dem Gef\u00e4ngnis von Cupertino ausbrechen. Bevor man den letzten Schritt allerdings durchf\u00fchrt, sollte man unbedingt ein Backup seiner vorhandenen Daten durchf\u00fchren. Dies kann wahlweise \u00fcber die iCloud oder als lokales Backup \u00fcber iTunes geschehen.<\/p>\n

Kompatibel ist der Jailbreak mit allen bisherigen iOS 9 Versionen. Ob er bei der kommenden iOS 9.1 allerdings noch funktionieren wird ist fraglich, da Apple<\/a> bekanntlich ein gro\u00dfes Interesse an Jailbreak-f\u00e4higen L\u00fccken besitzt\u00a0um sie zu fixen.<\/p>\n

Wichtig zu erw\u00e4hnen ist aber, dass das Jailbreak-Tool bisher nur f\u00fcr Windows<\/a>-Nutzer verf\u00fcgbar ist. Wann die Version f\u00fcr Mac OS kommt, lie\u00df man bisher offen. Bekanntlich sollte es aber nicht allzu lange auf sich warten lassen. Ein Blick in die Vergangenheit zeigt aber, dass es nicht ungew\u00f6hnlich ist, dass das Tool f\u00fcr Microsofts Betriebssystem zuerst verf\u00fcgbar ist.
