Wie erwartet pr\u00e4sentierte der US-amerikanische Hersteller Dell soeben eine Handvoll neuer Tablets. Darunter auch zwei neue 8-Zoll-Ger\u00e4te mit Intel-Prozessor und Android<\/a> Jelly Bean bzw. Windows<\/a> 8.1. Beide Ger\u00e4te sollen ab dem 18. Oktober erh\u00e4ltlich sein.<\/p>\n

\"venue-8_00\"<\/a>Dell Venue 8<\/strong>
\nDas neue Dell Venue 8 verf\u00fcgt, wie der Name bereits vermuten l\u00e4sst, \u00fcber ein 8-Zoll gro\u00dfes IPS-Display mit einer Aufl\u00f6sung von 1280 x 800 Pixeln. Unter der Haube steckt ein 2 GHz Intel Atom Z2580 Clover Trail+ Dual-Core-Prozessor, dem 2 GB Arbeitsspeicher zur Seite stehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verbaut Dell einen 16 GB (WiFi-Modell) oder wahlweise 32 GB (HSPA+ Modell) gro\u00dfen Datenspeicher, der wie \u00fcblich per microSD-Kartenslot erweitert werden kann. Aber auch zwei Kamera auf Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite (5MP & 2MP) d\u00fcrfen nat\u00fcrlich nicht fehlen. Zudem verf\u00fcgt der 8-Z\u00f6ller \u00fcber WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, einen microUSB-Port sowie \u00fcber einen gro\u00dfen Akku. Als Betriebssystem kommt Android<\/a> 4.2 Jelly Bean zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n

Dell Venue 8 Pro<\/strong>
\nBei der Pro-Variante des Dell Venue 8 handelt es sich ebenfalls um ein 8-Zoll-Tablet, welches allerdings mit dem neuen Windows<\/a> 8.1 ausgestattet sein wird. Die kompakte Bildfl\u00e4che bietet dabei eine Aufl\u00f6sung von 1280 x 800 Pixeln. Unter der Haube steckt ein neuer 1.33 GHz Intel Atom Z3740D Quad-Core-Prozessor der Bay-Trail-Generation, der von 2 GB Arbeitsspeicher unterst\u00fctzt wird. Wie auch beim Android-Modell, hat man auch hier die Wahl zwischen zwei Speichervarianten. Jedoch empfehlen wir euch, zum Ger\u00e4t mit 64 GB Datenspeicher zu greifen, da Windows 8.1 deutlich speicherintensiver als beispielsweise Android Jelly Bean ist. Auf der R\u00fcckseite befinet sich eine 5-Megapixel-Kamera und auf der Frontseite eine Cam, welche mit 1,2 Megapixel aufl\u00f6st. Aber auch WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, ein microUSB-Port sowie ein microSD-Kartenslot sind nat\u00fcrlich mit an Bord. Optional kann das Venue 8 Pro auch mit HSPA+ Modem, Stylus und kabelloser Tastatur erworben werden.<\/p>\n

Laut Dell ist sowohl das Venue 8, als auch das Venue 8 Pro ab dem 18. Oktober erh\u00e4ltlich. W\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr das Android-Ger\u00e4t 180 Dollar f\u00e4llig werden, schl\u00e4gt die Variante mit Windows 8.1 mit rund 300 Dollar zu Buche.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
